We recently had our annual Christmas party over at Topgolf! As a small business that is owned by father and son, we love to have our employees bring their spouses and children. We have such a great time with our team and getting to know their families. We truly value each and every one of our team members and are so proud of all the hard work that they have put into not only this year, but, the many years before as well. Getting together at the end of the year to celebrate all of the projects completed is something Ralph Sr. and Ralph Jr. look forward to every year.
